20 Months

Didn't we just have a first birthday? Now the wave of 2nd Birthday invitations has already begun! The girls have started "school" 2.5 hours each afternoon which is a nice break for everyone. We're strongly considering homeschooling but we haven't ruled out the crappy public school system yet.
Last month started out with some pretty bad bowl haircuts (sorry!) but at least they have a decent amount of hair unlike some white kids their age. Elsie is maybe a month behind Tilly in language but she is quite the mover. She can climb up angled ladders above my head at the playground, go down the 8' slide repeatedly on her own, and get about 1" of air on her jumps. We've been working on jumping for a few months now.
Tilly is Miss Chatterbox and can form complex 5-10 word sentences, skipping a preposition here and there. She narrates all day long, such as mommy pick up Teee go ousside sock shoes atee atee nawnoo [the cat] eat agua daddy choo choo work
