I don't get how people always are confused as to which baby is which. Sometimes I have to simplify it to the Bert & Ernie example. And then people associate Elsie with Ernie.
The girls have been up to a lot of nifty things. Tilly can: spin quickly counter clockwise, sit tripod style, wear 9-month onesies, get her limbs stuck in the crib railings all the time, reach for the railings with her freakishly long arms, stand with assistance, blow raspberries, be very well behaved while we calm down her sister
Elsie can: spin clockwise, sit without assistance, STTN better than Tilly on most days, hold her own bottle, drink more formula than Tilly, eat avocado without spitting it out, sort of drink from a tilty cup
All of a sudden they started drinking more, so it's 7-8oz q4 for a total of 30-32oz/24h. It's nice to only have to wash 8 bottles a day. They are not 6 months adjusted yet so we're not really doing solids. It's ridiculously messy anyways.
They really like playing with blankets, Elsie especially. They have pretty much outgrown the FP mobile/jungle gym (because they are yanking down the hanging objects), Boppys, Bumbos, b&w Lamaze toys, and small sized sleepsacks. Elsie's favoritest toy now is Nozzles, but not Noozles because she does not have any tolerance for that sort of nonsense. Nozzles is just glad to be getting some attention again, even if it does involve losing clumps of fur.
They are growing up so fast and omg twins are so awesome!!!!
