Since the weather has been so nice I've been taking the girls out almost every day, whether it's just a stroll along the river or running errands or hanging out with other moms. I find that I get more questions when I am alone with them. A lot of them are stupid, such as:
-Are they twins?
....why yes, these equally sized babies who are dressed in similar clothing who look somewhat alike are indeed twins
-Are they yours?
....why yes, I am of the appropriate maternal age and ethnicity for these to be my children
-What are their names? Oh so they're two boys?
....why no, they are both girls. In addition to being dressed in pink and purple, they have very girly nongenderneutral names.
Then for those of you who haven't seen this video yet, here's a perfect example of a trip to Target. Thankfully I do not have b/g twins so the identicals question is not that retarded.
