So I'm proud to say that the girls are (for now, at least) really good sleepers and I'm getting around 7-8 hours of sleep a day! This is what our schedule is like, +/- an hour here and there:
8pm: sunset, blinds down, sleep sacks on, change from cloth to disposables
9-10pm: last meal, out for the night, I make bottles and go to sleep
10-11pm: Pat plays a dorky computer game and then comes to bed
3am-ish: Usually Elsie wakes up first, I feed her and then wake Tilly 20 minutes later to feed her and pump a bottle for Elsie's breakfast. Back to bed within an hour of waking up
5-6am: Someone might wake up wanting a snack, Pat will feed them
7am: Pat's alarm goes off. He opens the blinds and we have MORNING SMILES!!!! This is our favorite part of the day, where the babies wake up and see our faces for the first time in almost 12 hours, and they smile! Lots!!! Pat gets ready for work and I feed whoever's hungry
8-noon: snacks and playtime. Change back in to cloth dipes. I'll also do laundry/dishes/dinner prep
Noonish: mommy & me naptime in the big bed. I won't let them nap for more than 3 hours. I usually am not sleepy so I'll make & fix lunch
Afternoon: outside time. We'll go for a walk if it's not raining. Then they'll squeeze in another nap
6pm: Fussy time. Crying, lots of it.
7pm: Pat comes home, we take turns watching the babies while the other cooks & eats dinner

It's very nice to have a routine and the night stretches of sleep are getting consistently longer. Last night we had 5 consecutive hours of them both sleeping. Elsie is no longer bald and I call her Fuzz because she used to have peach fuzz. Now she has a decent centimeter of hair on her head, so I guess she'll be Fluff soon?

There are more pictures of Elsie because she is more photogenic and Tilly tends to scowl a lot. But Tilly smiles are great, they are huuuuge gummy grins! Smiles are very difficult to capture on camera, especially when my face is hiding behind an SLR. Pat is very particular about having babies with symmetrical heads. The R&P sleeper is causing mild torticollis on Elsie so we'll have to give her more crib time.
Memorial Day brought me a bout of mastitis, with symptoms resolving within 36h with ATC drugs. This is what I took this morning: MVI, DHA, FA (all qam), lecithin (TID), diclox (q6 x 10d), Ca (BID), APAP (prn fever).
